"Omicron Kappa Upsilon Fraternity / To whome these presents come / Greeting: / Be it known that by virtue of the Charter granted to the Omicon Kappa Upsilon Fraternity, / under the laws of the State of Illinois, the authority to establish a Chapter of said fraternity in / Temple University Dental School located at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania / has been granted to Theodore D. Casto, Leon A. Halpern, Alfred M. Haas, Norman S. Essig, / James R. Cameron, Frederic James, J. N. Broomell, C. Barton Addie, F. S Rusca / The name of the Chapter shall be Kappa Kappa that it should be organized and governed / in strict accordance with the Constitution of said Fraternity, and that of the Chapter of the above / named Dental School and to all with whom said Chapter may hereafter be associated is / granted full enjoyment of all the privileges, rights, tec., enjoyed by the other Chapters of / Omicron Kappa Upsilon Fraternity / Given under our Hand and Seal of the Order this seventeenth day of March, 1936."
