"Philadelphia School of Anatomy. / This is to Certify that Samuel Delmar Springer / of Danforth, Me., has attended one Course of / Lectures on Anatomy / and has DISSECTED during one Course in the / Philadelphia School of Anatomy, . and after an examination held February 22nd 1907 / has been awarded this Certificate for Proficiency / In Practical Anatomy / With Honorable Mention / In Testimony Whereof I have hereunto affixed my / hand and the Seal of the Institution this 2nd day of March, 1907."
