"American College of Dentists / Charter of / Philadelphia / Section / To all to whom these presents shall come, greetings: / WHEREAS, members of the American College of Dentists have petitioned to the board of / Regents to be accreditied as the Philadelphia Section of the / College, and have adopted, and filed with the Secretary of the College, By-laws for the government / of the Section, in harmony with the principles of the Constitution and By-laws of the College, as / determined by the Board of Regents, and / WHEREAS, the Board of Regents have decided that the / Philadelphia Section, as organized, will support and promote locally / the aims, purposes, functions and ideals of the College, / NOW THEREFORE, I, Otto W.
